Brown St. Baths

These Master Baths took the footprint of the existing baths and made them better. We also added an upstairs laundry which is a big hit.

Gardenhouse

This project almost doubled the living space, both indoor and outdoor, for a growing family. The 1860’s cross-plan house sat on a double lot which had a large parking lot covering much of the property. We added space to the kitchen, which now opens out to a patio. A two-story addition has a library, office and new master suite overlooking the new garden.

Townhouse

The 70’s kitchen in this house was refashioned as a cook’s kitchen, with a baking island and space for casual dining. A china cabinet and plate racks, as well as shelves which span a window are among the custom details.
