Brown St. Baths
These Master Baths took the footprint of the existing baths and made them better. We also added an upstairs laundry which is a big hit.
The 70’s kitchen in this house was refashioned as a cook’s kitchen, with a baking island and space for casual dining. A china cabinet and plate racks, as well as shelves which span a window are among the custom details.
An extensive exterior renovation including the addition of a wrap-around porch and terraces stepping down to a new pool gave this family beautiful and functional entertaining spaces which frame a stunning view of the Mount Hope bridge.
